Join a club here in the GTA which would be way cheaper in the long run than a marina. My wife and I are liveaboards at a club in Etobicoke. Don't move to an Apt, thats just backwards. Move up from the Alberg, she's a fine boat but I lived on a 33 before I got married, fine for 1 or 2 but 4? Oh ya, don't get a haircut. That must be some guy living in an Apt! Buy a bigger boat.
